Since autumn 2023, the national water polo referees of the KBZB have been working with AXIWI in the Super League. The KBZB invested in autumn to use the latest AXIWI communication systems in the 1st division of the national water polo circuit in Belgium.
In collaboration with the company Axitour from Barendrecht, the AXIWI audio system can add value for referees during a match and/or when coaching other referees in training.
The great advantage of this system is that during a match, as a referee coach, you can give direct feedback to referees. Experience shows that ‘in-the-moment coaching’ is very valuable for talented referees to learn important lessons as quickly as possible. This is a step forward for the KBZB in further training of referees and also a small step toward more professionalism.
The sound quality of the new audio system for the referees is of a very high level and the system is very user-friendly.
The AXIWI systems are certainly recommended; they are easy to handle and good, fast service is provided by Axitour with concrete operating instructions.
